Value for money, cosy hotel with small but clean and adequate room. Great for airport transfer in Matsumoto because it’s very short distance to the airport. Service and (paid) breakfast are very good. Highly recommended!

The staff were friendly, the bed was large and comfortable. The JR Murai station is about 800 m from the hotel, making a trip into the lovely Matsumoto very easy and cheap.

One thing that I did not appreciate was booking the room with the correct information for my children’s ages and yet, the price in Booking app that I prepaid was ¥1,000 less than what the front desk employees required me to pay. This was rather annoying. The price paid in the app needs to be the price paid.
